This was a TOP CLASS EXPERIENCE. From the start, with the correct listing price to the amazing quality pictures and listing videos to multiple open houses in a short time without me asking for them, to helping keep the place to its top shape throughout the showing period, to keeping me updated always about the marketing process and market pulse to adjust the price, the result which I knew in advance would happen:a remarkable short period on the market and sold with my price expectation in a competitive market. Settling an estate is never an easy job; especially when it involves the sale of a manufactured home. I was desperate to find an agent to assist me with selling a family members house three hours away. I was referred to this wonderful team!
